Ingredients:  
9 eggs, 1 tsp. honey, 1 lb. sugar, 1/2 tsp anise flavor, 1 1/2 lb. flour, pinch of salt, 1 oz baking powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, honey and sugar for 10 minutes. Add anise flavor. Mix flour, salt and baking powder together and add to egg mixture. Knead. Make dough logs 2 inches wide and long enough to place on cookie sheet. Bake till brown. Remove from oven and slice while warm. May bake a second time.º
