Ingredients:  
1/3 lb of Genoa Salami sliced thin
1 - 8 oz cream cheese (let sit at room temperature to soften)
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste (small amount)
3 drops lemon juice
2 light sprinkles of dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (except salami) and refrigerate overnight in a glass bowl
2. Half all of the salami slices
3. Fill each 1/2 piece of salami w/approximately 1/2 tsp of cream cheese mixture
4. Fold ends up to form a cornucopia
5. Arrange pieces on a serving dish and place a small piece of parsley into each end (optional garnish)

Served Chilled. Makes approximately 30 cornucopias.
