Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 cups bread flour (optional)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. powdered milk
1/2 cube butter or margarine
2 tbsp. yeast

1/2 cup mashed potatoes (can use instant)
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine half the flour, sugar, salt, powdered milk, butter/margarine and yeast in large bowl or bread mixer . Mix together. Add warm water and mix until smooth until gluten forms and dough appears elastic. Add mashed potatoes and eggs and mix well. Add the rest of the flour to bread mixer or knead in rest of flour if making by hand. The dough is still slightly sticky. Place in a large bowl and rub bowl/dough with oil. Let rise until double about 40 minutes depending on room temperature. Punch down and make into rolls. For crescent rolls, divide dough in half and roll ball of dough into a circle about 3/8in thick. Cut into wedges like a pie. Roll from outside edge to center tip and place on greased cookie sheet. Spray top of rolls with Pam spray or rub top with oil. Let rise again until double, about 45-60 minutes. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and rub tops of rolls with butter. Enjoy!
