Spicy low sodium low fat pinto beans

2 pounds dry pinto beans
 8 cups of water
6 slices of low sodium turkey bacon cut into 1/2inch pieces
1 cup chopped onion
8 teaspoons of sodium free chicken bullion 
2  - 14.5 oz cans of sodium free diced tomato
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper
2 chopped  jalapeņos discard all but 12 seeds
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beens over night in 8 cups of water covered
Drain and rinse return to large pot add another 8 cups of water
Add remainder of ingredients to pot
Bring to boil then reduce heat
Simmer with lid vented for 3 to 4 hours or desired tenderness 
Or until desired tenderness
add hot sauce if desired
Goes well with rice or corn bread. Freeze leftovers
