3 bunches swiss chard (cleaned & chopped)
4 carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 bunch coriander (chopped) or (dried 1tbsp)
1 cup lentil (washed)
˝ cup yellow lentils (washed)
2 tsp salt or to taste
2 tsp dried mint
4 clove garlic sliced
˝ cup olive oil
3 lemons (juiced)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add all the ingredients together. Cover it with water and bring to boil. Then lower the heat to cook and simmer for 20 min or until every thing is cooked well. In a frying pan add oil and garlic and sauté until golden brown, add it to the pot and stir. Simmer for 15 min and serve hot.
