Dough:
2 cups water
1/4 cup lard
1/4 cup oleo (margarine)
3 1/6 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. dry milk

Bean Filling:
2 cups beans
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 tsp. salt

Cream Sauce:
2 cups milk
2 cups cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Heat together water, lard and oleo; then add flour. Add salt, yeast, sugar,and dry milk.

Filling:
Wash and cook the beans until tender. Pour off liquid. There should be no juice left on the beans. Mash beans and add sugar and salt. Make small buns from sweet dough and let rise 10 minutes. Pull apart and place a heaping teaspoon of the bean mixture in the center of each bun. Fold over and pinch edges together. Place in greased pans and let rise 10 min. Bake about 20 minutes at 350º

Sauce:
Heat milk and cream and add cornstarch and sugar mixed thoroughly, and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over bohne beroggi and enjoy.
