1 lb thin fish fillets (sole, flounder, halibut)
1/4 cup margarine (2 tbsp)
1 onion, chop
1 clove garlic, mince
2 stalks celery, chop
Green pepper, chop
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups pareve milk/mocha mix
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce (heinz is good)
2-3 cups Cooked rice
2 tomatoes, slice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, cook onion & garlic till tender, add celery & pepper for a few min. Add the flour, mix in well, stir in the milk & bring to a boil stirring. Season with salt, pepper, hot sauce, stir in chili sauce. Put cooked rice in baking pan, lay fish fillets over rice, then sliced tomatoes, pour the sauce over everything. Bake at 400º for 20-30 min (fish should flake easily).
