2 cups chicken, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 box of stove top, already made
1 large egg
2 TBS onion chopped fine
2 TBS celery chopped fine
Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, stuffing, soup, egg, onion and celery. Refrigerate at least 3 hours

Create logs or balls with about 3/4 cup mix.

Roll croquettes in breadcrumbs

Fry in 1/4" oil over medium heat turning occasionally til golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes. Or bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Warm sauce in pan and serve over croquettes.
