Meat Mixture:
1 lb. meat
1 onion, diced
1 egg
2 T. ketchup
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. pepper

Sweet potato Mixture:
3 sweet potatoes
1 egg

Cornflake crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for meat mixture. peal and boil sweet potatoes. Mash and let cool. add egg. Bake Meat mixture covered for half hour. pour gravy into sweet potato and mix. pour sweet potato mixture onto meat. sprinkle with bread crumbs. bake covered for 15 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes.
