Crust:
10 graham crackers (about 2 1/2 packages)
4 T. melted butter
press into pan, and save some for top.

Pudding:
3 c. milk
1 lb package or marshmallows
2 sq or semi sweet chocolate (or more)
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Combine in pan and melt. Cool.
After cooled, fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Add shredded chocolate (use lots). Pour over crust and chill.
