3 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup water
2 Cups of onions, finely chopped
2 Cups of celery, finely chopped
1 Cup green pepper, finely chopped
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
6 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tablespoons Vinegar
8 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 lb of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 Deer Ham until tender. (with vinegar, if preferred). Pull off bone. Place meat in a baking dish and set aside.

Saute the onions, celery and green peppers in Butter.Add all other ingredients. Let sauce simmer for about 15 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cover the meat in the baking dish with sauce and mix well. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes.
