"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken (use breasts or we really like the boneless skinless thighs available at Sam's or Costco.
Bacon Slices
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
MIx the garlic and chili powder together in a pie pan
and season all the chicken.

Wrap a slice of bacon around each piece and roll in brown sugar until coated nicely.

Either grill (our favorite) or bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and brown and crispy. Use a little olive oil or pam if you are baking to avoid sticking.
