6eggs, separated
1 C. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
6 Tbsp. lite corn syrup (karo syrup)
3 T. coffee
2 whips
Directions:
Directions:
Make snow with egg whites. Gradually add confectioners sugar and put aside in fridge. Beat yolks, vanilla, corn syrup and coffee. Then beat whips separately and add to yolks. Fold in snow and freeze.
Variation: substitute cocoa for coffee or leave out coffee completely for vanilla flavor.
