2 lb. chicken cutlets cubed.
1/3 C. oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ C. flour
Sauce:
1 ½ C. duck sauce – sweet and sour
¾ Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or flour)
½ C. water

Directions:

Mix the above and coat the cutlets with mixture:
Leave cutlets in sauce for a couple of minutes. Fry in sauce on high fire so its done quick and doesn’t dry out – lightly until golden brown.
Place on paper towel to drain oil and keep crispiness.
Combine first 3 ingredients of sauce in pot and bring to a boil. Then add corn starch and water. Mix until its thick and gravy like. Place fried chicken nuggets in sauce. Top with sesame seeds and rewarm it together when ready to serve.
