3 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 Eggs
6 tbsp corn starch
4 pack of plan beskwet
cool wipe cream to decorate
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
4 pack of plain tea biscuits
4 espresso coffee mix with,2 tsp dark cocoa and 1 cup hot water.

In a large pot . Add milk,sugar,corn starch,eggs,whisked well.
Turn the stove on medium heat stir the mixture add the butter and keep tiring until get thicken podding mix .
In a glass Pyrex 9 inch pan, place the plain tea biscuits dipped in the hot mixture of the espresso coffee and cocoa. A one layer in the bottom of the pan.
Pour some of the pudding and spread with the spoon all over the biscuits. then add another layer of biscuit dipped in the coffee mix and keep layering podding and biscuit until finish.
Spread the cool wipe and sprinkle with pistachios on top . Keep in the refrigerate.
