4 egg yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 2/3 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until light. Add cream and sugar; beat well. Add flour, salt and cinnamon; mix. Roll out small amount of dough to less than 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 1x3 inch strips-cut the edges diagonally. Make a lengthwise slit in the middle and pull one edge through. Fry in 350º oil for 2 minutes, or until lightly browned, turning once. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
