6 chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lbs)
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine, melted
6 oz pkg stove top stuffing mix (there are kosher brands)
(10.5 oz) can condensed mushroom soup
1/8 cup pareve milk
1/3 cup tofutti sour supreme

Mix the water, margarine & stuffing mix, separately mix the mushroom soup, 'milk', sour supreme. Put chicken pieces in baking pan. Pour soup mixture over the chicken, then spread stuffing mixture over all. Bake at 375º for 35-45 min.
