2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini

Beat eggs. Add sugars and oil. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to zucchini. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Bake @ 350º for 12 minutes
