1 lb. soft, boxed cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped sweet pickles
small jar chopped or mashed pimentos
Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely grate the cheese. Mix with mayonnaise, pickles, and pimentos. If you want a thinner spread, add a little liquid from the pimento jar. You can vary the flavor by adding chopped olives or chopped onion or both. This makes a nice sandwich spread.
