1 c. sugar
2 eggs
milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Break eggs into a cup and fill the rest with milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and combine with eggs and milk. Add vanilla. Put in greased and floured pan and bake 350º until done - about 30 or 35 minutes.
