1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening. Add sugar, then unbeaten egg whites, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add alternately with the milk.
