1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs beaten in cup (fill remainder of cup with milk)
3 T. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Grease and flour cake pan, then pour batter into pan. Bake 350º 'til done. (About 30 -35 min.) Serve with any type of berry.
