2 quarts stemmed grapes
1/2 c. water
3 3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grapes and water until grapes are soft - about 8 - 10 minutes. Drip in jelly bag. Measure out 2 1/2 cups of juice. Put juice in saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil - Add sugar. Remove from heat at once and stir about 2 minutes until all sugar dissolved. Pour into glasses and seal. Let stand 3 - 5 days before using.

This is Grandma Schafer's original recipe. I still remember Momma bringing home jars of Grandma's grape jelly and how much we all loved it!
