1/2 lb. crushed vanilla wafers
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Directions:
Butter 8 or 9 inch square dish. Pour half of the crushed vanilla wafers over bottom of pan. Cream sugar and butter together. Gradually beat in eggs, beat until smooth. Pour mixture over wafer crumbs. To whipped cream add pecans and pineapple, and layer on top of mixture. Sprinkle remaining vanilla wafer crumbs over top. Chill overnight and cut into squares.
