8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 T. pineapple juice

Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple, reserving 2 T. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and juice until smooth. Add drained crushed pineapple and mix well. Chill. Spread on thin slice bread. Makes approximately 100 finger sandwiches.
