1 29oz can solid pumpkin(about 3 c.)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c.sugar
6 tsp baking powder
6 c. flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp soda dissolved into 3 tsp milk
3 tsp vanilla
18 oz chocolate chips (simi-sweet or milk chocolate)
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

bake at 350º for 10-15 min depending on size these cookies bake like a cake they are done if you touch and they pop back up.
