2 chicken cutlets
2 small onions, diced and sautéed
2 cloves garlic
2 T. oil
3 eggs
4 pieces bread, crusts removed
1/4 t. salt
1 bunch parsley or basil
4 slices pastrami
4 slices turkey pastrami

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor blend tog. the chicken mixture ing. until smooth. (If you don't have a fleishig processor, you can use a hand blender.)
Preheat oven to 375. With wet hands, form small balls of chicken and press into cubes. Place the cubes on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cut pastrami into 1/2 inch wide strips. Wrap the pastrami around the chicken cubes and thread onto skewers.
