1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
1 stick margarine
12 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped into little chunks
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 t. mint extract
10 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl,mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the margarine and 12 oz. of chocolate chunks. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Let cool slightly for 10 minutes.
Using an electric mixer, whisk tog. sugar, eggs and mint. Add in the chocolate-margarine mixture and mix until smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the 10 oz. of choc. chips.
Drop mounds of dough 2 inches apart onto trays. Bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating halfway through.
