1/2 tsp salt
All purpose flour as needed

Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Beat first 3 ingredients together
Now starting with 1 c add flour until dough is slightly dry not sticky
Dip knife in hot water and cut spetzel off plate in small pieces into boiling water
Cook for 5 min after last spetzel is dropped in the pot
