2 Medium Zucchini
1 Onion
1 C. Flour (I use white whole wheat)
2 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar
½ C. Oil
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Shred Zucchini and Onions. If Zucchini is very watery skip the water later on in the recipe- will depend on each individually.
Bake @ 350 about 45 min till Golden
