20 c. popped corn
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put popped corn in a large roaster or two large jelly roll pans. In a saucepan combine butter, salt, sugar, syrup and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and stir to cover completely. Bake at 250º for 45 minutes to one hour. Stir every 5-10 minutes. Pour on wax paper or paper bag to cool and break apart.
