4c quick oats
1c butter soft
1c packed brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 1/2 tablespoon Dark Molasses
2 large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

oven at 350 f

In large bowl mix sugars and soft butter together until smooth, add molasses, eggs and vanilla mix until smooth. add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda mix well and add oats and nuts and stir until all is combined. spoon onto cookie sheet in about one heaping tablespoon 2 to 3 inches apart. bake at 350 f for 8 to 10 min or until light brown.
