2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. powder sugar 1 c. butter softened
1 large egg
1 tsp. each vanilla/ almond
food color if you like to color your dough
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375º. Beat powder sugar and butter in large mixing bowl(in a kitchen aid is best) until light and fluffy. Beat in egg vanilla and almond. Gradually add flour and salt beat on low until well blended. Fill your cookie press and get busy. Cook on an ungreased cookie sheet 10-12 min just until set
FROSTING-
1 1/2 c. powder sugar
1/8 tsp almond
milk for your consistency
