1 9" pie crust

1 1/2 c. washed raisins
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar

3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour

3/4 c. half and half
Dash of salt
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer together the raisins, water, and sugar until raisins are plump. Do not drain.

Mix together egg yolks, sugar and flour. Add the half and half. Add to raisins and stir until thickened. Stir in dash of salt and lemon juice. If too thick, add more half and half. Pour into baked 9 inch shell and sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts or you can top with meringue and brown in hot oven.
