3 - 4 lbs. pork shoulder

1 can beef broth
1 can cream of celery coup
1 pkg. beefy onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the roast for 1 hour at 350º. Mix broth, cream of celery and beefy onion soup together and pour over roast. Bake at 325º till done.
