Ingredients: 1 lb London Broil cut in strips 1/4 in by approx 2 in 3 T Fat of oil 1/2 c Beef broth 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Dry mustard 1/8 tsp Black pepper 1/8 tsp Marjoram (optional) 1 c Chopped onion 1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms 1/2 c Sour cream (you can add more if you like) 2 T Ketchup

Directions:Brown beef in small batches in pressure cooker and set aside Deglaze pan with beef broth Put rack in bottom of cooker Put beef, spices and onions in cooker Seal pressure cooker and heat until regulator starts to dance Start 10 min cooking time and reduce heat to just keep regulator dancing When done cool with running cold water Open only after safety valves have closed Add mushrooms and heat through Add sour cream and ketchup off heat Heat slowly don't let it boil or it will catch on the bottom
You can serve this over noodles or rice but we really like over dumplings (in Pasta) |
