2 Tbsp butter
2 slices bacon (chopped)
1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
4 sprigs fresh thyme
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c. cream
2 c. chicken stock
2 cans whole baby clams with their juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add bacon, onions, celery, and thyme sprigs. season with salt & pepper and cook 5 min.
Add flour and cook 1 min more.
Add potatoes and stir to combine. Add cream, chicken stock, and claims.
Bring to boil, then lower to simmer 15 min.
