Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. steak
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. water
1 large onion, cut in strips
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into small cubes; brown in oil.
Add soy sauce and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add onion strips. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add bell pepper strips. Cook 10 minutes.
Pour into baking dish and bake 30 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch.
Serve over steamed rice.
