Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. fruit and juice (Canned peach
slices are very good in this)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9 inch baking dish while oven is preheating to 350 degrees. As soon as it melts, remove hot baking dish with pot holders from hot oven and set aside. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and about 1/2 of milk. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Add remaining milk and stir until smooth. Pour batter over melted butter in baking dish. Do NOT mix. Place fruit over top of this mixture. Do NOT stir to combine. Sprinkle the top lightly with a little ground cinnamon and 1 tsp. sugar (opt.). Put in oven. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on top and center springs back when touched with finger. This makes a delicious little peach cobbler! I think canned pears would also be very good. Also cherries, or a combination of fruits could be used. This is very easy to make.
