1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar and mayonnaise. Combine the remaining dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk and vanilla until smooth. Place in greased 9" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Tastes great topped with Cream Cheese Frosting. This recipe can easily be turned into cupcakes by placing in 12 cupcake papers to bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
