1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Recipe
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. extra hot horseradish
2 tbsp. milk
16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. smoked salmon

Optional:
2 tbsp. capers

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add the 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Recipe, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. hot horseradish, and 2 tbsp. of milk. Mix together and let soup mix reconstitute. Add 16 oz. of cream cheese and 8 oz. smoked salmon. Mix and refrigerate overnight, mix again before serving.

2 tbsp. capers

You can find Knorr Vegetable Recipe (not soup mix) in most supermarkets.
I prefer to use Beaver (brand) Extra Hot Horseradish for best flavoring. Add capers last to limit crushing.
