1 14 oz. package of won ton wrappers
2 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
1 tsp. minced ginger root
1/2 tsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
3 T dark soy sauce
1 1lb crab meet shredded (can use shrimp)
1 quart oil for frying

Directions:

Heat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer 360º

Place ingredients in a small bowl: cream cheese, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, parsley, cilantro and crab meat, mix together.

Place 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture into center of each won ton wrapper. Fold over stuffing to form a triangle or half moon. Moisten edges with a little water to help seal. Place completed ones under a slightly moist paper towel until ready to fry.

Add 3 to 4 won tons to the hot oil, and cook until golden brow, turning once. Set aside on paper towels to drain.

Serve Hot.
