1 lb. sage sausage
2 envelopes of Lipton noodle soup
1 c. rice
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
Directions:
Directions:
Add soup and rice to 2 cups of boiling water, reduce heat and cook for approximately 7 minutes, stir often. Brown and drain the sausage and then place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Enjoy!
