2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. uncooked regular grits
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Old English sharp process cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Milk to a boil, then add grits. Cook 5 to 10 minutes until thick, stir often so it does not stick or burn. (double boiler is best or a large heavy saucepan)
Add butter, salt, and cheeses, stir thoroughly. Pour into 1 qt. - (greased) casserole dish. Bake at 325º about 20 minutes.
