4 – 15 oz. cans black beans (rinse & drain)
2 – 17 oz. cans whole corn (drained)
3 cans chopped tomatoes or 4 large tomatoes chopped
2 large avocados – peeled & chopped
1 large purple onion – chopped
½ c. ( + or- ? to taste) Fresh Cilantro – chopped
½ c. +? Lime Juice
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. +? Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cans of Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Tobasco - both Red & Green to taste

Combine all, chill a few hours. Serve with Tortilla Chips or Scoops
