1 stick margarine
1/2 c. crisco oil
1 c. water
2 tblsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
GLAZE:
1 stick margarine
3 tblsp. cocoa
6 tblsp. buttermilk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For cake:
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Melt first four ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture. Stir in buttermilk, baking soda, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Glaze:
Melt margarine, cocoa and buttermilk in saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Pour over warm cake and let set until glaze is somewhat hardened.
