1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 large eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
10 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. cooked white rice
10 oz. tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 medium head of cabbage

1 large oven roaster

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage in large pot and fill with water until its covered and add vinegar. Cook until the leaves of cabbage are just about soft and set aside.
In large bowl, mix the meat, eggs, onion and rice together. Take each large leaf off cabbage separately. Take one leaf at a time and place a small amount in the middle of the cabbage leaf. Fold leaf 3 ways and roll it. Repeat last set until meat is gone. Place each cabbage roll in roaster side by side. In separate bowl, mix the tomato sauce and soup together. Pour tomato mix on top of all the golabki in the roaster. Bake in oven at 350º for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
