1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1/2 carrot, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
1 package ramen noodles
2 T. slivered almonds, sesame or sunflower seeds



DRESSING INGREDIENTS

1/2 c. salad oil
3 T. balsamic vinegar
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flavor packet from Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
2. Toast the nuts or seeds in warm oven for 6-8 minutes, watching carefully to prevent over heating.
3. Combine cabbage, carrots and onions. Break up noodles and add to vegetables.
4. Shortly before serving, add nuts and seeds to the mixed dressing; toss well.
