1 English muffin, cut in half
1 T. pizza sauce
1 T. shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings like olives, mushrooms or green peppers, diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º.
2. Split the English muffin in half. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half. Sprinkle with cheese and top with your favorite vegetables.
3. Place both halves in the toaster until lightly browned, or bake in the oven for about 5 to 7 min.
4. Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
