2 c. salad greens of your choice
1 c. chopped vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green beans)
1 c. juice-packed pineapple chunks, drained, or fresh orange segments
2 T. raisins or dried cranberries
2 T. chopped nuts, any kind
1/4 c. yogurt, any kind
1 T. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put mixed salad greens on a large platter or in a salad bowl.
2. In a large bowl, mix chopped vegetables and pineapple or orange segments.
3. Mix yogurt, orange juice, and vinegar. Add to chopped vegetables and pineapple/ orange and stir.
4. Spoon mixture over salad greens.
5.Top with raisins/cranberries and nuts.
